I got into Art late.

After a life of occasional drawing and compulsive doodling, a friend urged me to take her sister's class at Mendocino College.

Joey Sala was habit forming. And I learned that watercolor paper had a "right" side!

Then Devi Chase & Mack Smith initiated and promoted a life drawing drop in. What pleasure, and hopefully it's the aerobic art training that gets me to see and draw what is there and notice relationships. Everyone in class is part of my life, friends and colleagues.

I love charcoal. Maybe pastels next.
